I simply added a bunch of healthy lifestyle habits to this board and the ultimate goal is to fill it all in! It's the Winter Olympics this month! We go for the GOLD! You can set your own goals for sure (please don't think you have to fill it all in but I want you to challenge yourself).
Get the very first box completed by the start of this challenge on Thursday. Set your intentions and then honor yourself to follow through all month long!
You are welcome to do your own workouts or yoga classes but please know, in the portal, I have provided quick links to workouts and Amy's yoga classes so it is easy to just hit play and get it done. You can also go through any of my FB LIVE strength workouts and use those.
There are 2 boxes that I am working on getting finished, the KMax Workout Challenge for time! This is bodyweight so you all can do it! I will be getting you that challenge in the next few days and also a video with how to do each exercise with modifications. I used to do these challenges in my bootcamps back in MN, remember you guys??
The other is the Mobility workout. I need to film that and I will let you know when that is complete.

Chicken Fajitas with Cashew Sour Cream
To prepare as a freezer meal - cut up the chicken and veggies, add them plus the spices into a freezer bag raw. The cashew cream has to be made day of and save the collard greens for day of.

September Freezer Meals - Soups/Chili
There are 3 recipes in this freezer meal prep plan. Each recipe is for 6 servings. Keep in mind, active women, teenagers, and men will most likely eat closer to 2-3 servings. Adjust the amount of ingredients accordingly.
My approach to freezer meal cooking is very simple. Prep the food raw, freeze, thaw, then cook when ready to eat. This way makes the prep very quick and less messy! I also believe this way preserves more nutrients and creates a better flavor as you are only cooking once instead of cooking, freezing, then reheating.
Please note on the grocery shopping list that there are some ingredients you do not need the day of prep. The big one is broth. You never freeze liquids. Always use those on the day of cooking.
