I’M HERE TO HELP!!

My passion and mission is to help make women feel better. I started KMAX Health to provide affordable and comprehensive content and information that helps women feel more grounded and successful in their health journey. Here are some commonly asked questions about these efforts.

  • We offer two different Memberships. KMax Insiders receive monthly health challenges, meal plans, work-out videos, articles, educational videos and unlimited access to our archive of healthy recipes, virtual workouts and past challenges.

    Insiders PLUS Membership is offered to women living in or around the St. Paul, MN area. In addition to all the on-line content, this Membership includes in-person Bootcamp fitness classes hosted in our hometown of Stilwater, MN. Insiders Membership is $20 per month and Insiders PLUS Membership is $50 per month. Both are recurring monthly memberships, meaning once you sign-up you will be billed monthly for your Membership.

  • No. I do offer 1-on-1 health and wellness coaching sessions. Please refer to those options under the “Work with Kim” tab on this site.

  • No. Although we do offer Facebook Live sessions for virtual cooking classes or some on-line workouts. And, many Members like to post photos or items on Instagram. But, there is significant content available within the Membership Portal and that does not require social media for access.

  • Yes. If the Membership is not meeting your needs, you can cancel at any time. There is no contractual obligation.
