Remember any vegetable can be subbed for another vegetable. Same with meat or fish. What matters most is the quality!
As you look through the grocery shopping list, there are a few items that have big quantities. One of them is cauliflower rice. It is used a lot in this meal plan which is why the amount is so high. In most cases, it is used like rice and you can easily change the amount.
*Also note, the smoothie is for 1 serving even though this is a 4-6 person meal plan. If you want others to try the smoothie, you will need to adjust the ingredients in the shopping list.
