Balsamic Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Organic Chicken Bone Broth(not needed until day of cooking)

2 tsps Minced Garlic

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 Large Sweet Potato (peeled andcubed)

1 bunch Kale Leaves (chopped)

4 Carrot Stalks (peeled and chopped)

4 slices Nitrate Free Bacon (chopped)

Directions

  1. To Freeze: Place all ingredients except bone broth in the freezer bag, meat on top. Make sure to get all the air out, seal, label, lie flat to freeze.

  2. To Cook: Dump the contents of the thawed freezer bag into the slow cooker and add the bone broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
