Cabbage Pizza Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped)

3 ozs Nitrate Free Pepperoni

1 cup Kale Leaves (shredded)

1 1/2 lbs Green Cabbage (shredded)

13 ozs Low Sugar Pizza Sauce

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 ozs Parmesan Cheese (optional)

1/2 cup Green Or Black Olives (optional)

1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)

Directions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute the onion, green bell pepper, and pepperoni until tender, about 6-7 minutes.

  2. Add in the shredded kale, cabbage, pizza sauce, sea salt, and saute until the greens begin to wilt. Add up to 1/4 cup of water to help prevent sticking. Cover the pot and cook until the veggies are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

  3. Remove the lid and stir, making sure all the liquid has evaporated.

  4. Serve warm with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes

Make Heartier. Add 1/2lb Italian sausage
