Almond Butter Chocolate Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

2 tbsps Almond Butter

1/2 Banana (frozen in chunks)

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (coconut milk works too)

2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed (optional)

1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (optional)

1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

4 Ice Cubes

1 serving Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

Directions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend well until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

No Banana. Sweeten with raw honey, maple syrup or a few soaked dates.

No Almond Butter. Use any nut or seed butter.
