Blackberry Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Leftovers. Best enjoyed immediately.

Serving Size. One serving size is approximately 1 1/4 cups.

Smoothie Consistency. This smoothie was designed to be thick. For a thinner consistency, blend with coconut milk or water.

More Flavor. Add vanilla and/or shredded coconut.

No Coconut Yogurt. Any unsweetened yogurt will work
