Emergency Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb Lean Ground Pork

1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef

2 tbsps Dried Parsley

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Set the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place parchment paper on a baking pan.

  3. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together with hands.

  4. Form the mixture into meatballs. Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop out the meatballs.

  5. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  6. To freeze: let the meatballs cool completely. Once cooled, place the meatballs on a cutting board or leave them on the pan and put them in the freezer for about 1 hour. Once they are somewhat frozen, it is safe to put them all in a ziploc bag and freeze up to 3 months.

Notes

Ideas to Serve. I like to serve them with a homemade pasta sauce over spaghetti squash noodles or zucchini noodles. You could break them up over a homemade pizza or a salad.
