Overnight Nut Butter Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup Unsweetend Almond Milk

2 1/4 tsps Chia Seeds

2 tbsps Almond Butter (or Nut Butter Of Choice)

1 tbsp Pure Organic Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats

4 slices Banana (cut a small banana into 4 thin slices to serve on top)

Directions

  1. A mason jar with a lid works really well with this recipe. Add almond milk, chia seeds, nut butter, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine. The nut butter doesn't need to be completely mixed with the almond milk. It is so good with chunks of nut butter in there!

  2. Add oats and stir a few more times. Make sure the oats are in the liquid so they soften.

  3. Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours). The next day, open and enjoy as is or garnish with slices of banana (sliced strawberries work great too).

Notes

Low FODMAP. Omit bananas
