Vanilla Almond Overnight Quinoa

Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Quinoa (pre cooked)

1/2 cup Almond Flour (or could use finely chopped almonds)

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

2 tbsps Maple Syrup (pure, organic)

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (pure)

1/4 tsp Almond Extract

Directions

  1. Cook the quinoa based on package directions. To be as clean as possible, first rinse the quinoa under water and let drain.

  2. Divide all ingredients between 2 mason jars. Stir until incorporated.

  3. Place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.

  4. Remove and garnish with optional chopped almonds or 1/4 cup berries.

Toppings. Almond slivers, Coconut flakes, Berries, Sliced Peaches
