Vanilla Almond Overnight Quinoa
Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Quinoa (pre cooked)
1/2 cup Almond Flour (or could use finely chopped almonds)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Maple Syrup (pure, organic)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (pure)
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
Directions
Cook the quinoa based on package directions. To be as clean as possible, first rinse the quinoa under water and let drain.
Divide all ingredients between 2 mason jars. Stir until incorporated.
Place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
Remove and garnish with optional chopped almonds or 1/4 cup berries.
