Fudge Babies (Energy Balls)

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Pitted Dates (SunMaid Dates are easy and super soft. )

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

3 tbsps Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Directions

  1. If not using soft dates, soak them in a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes. Then, blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Roll into small little balls.

  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!
